About Me

I bring over 25 years of experience working to help youth, parents and families navigate the adoption and foster care system. I have specific experience helping with behavior problems, emotional disturbances, teenage identity, attachment, trauma, anxiety and depression. I also provide family therapy, parenting education and assistance with permanency planning.

I work extensively within the LGBTQIA community in a variety of ways targeting the needs individuals, couples, families and persons living with and affected by HIV.

As a parent I am personally connected to the needs, joys and challenges involved in raising children and teenagers.

I earned my Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from Portland State University in 2001 and I am licensed by the State of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Credential number LW00009294.
